Custom Art and Digital Goods

Due to the personalised nature of custom art orders I cannot accept returns or refunds for these items once work has begun on them, but I can accept cancellations and provide a refund before that happens. Typically you’ll have a cooling off period of a few days minimum (or longer, if I have several commissions in my queue) before work on your art starts and refunds are no longer available.

Physical Goods (eg, art prints, comics, etc)

If you wish to return a physical item for whatever reason, please contact me within 14 days after delivery. Once you’ve let me know, you will need to return the item within 14 days to receive your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging.
Once I receive the returned item, I’ll refund the price you paid for the item, plus the original postage. You will need to pay return shipping by a trackable method.

In the unlikely event that I have shipped the wrong item, I will refund the cost of return shipping, and cover the cost of shipping the correct item. Please contact me immediately for instructions.

Damages

Whilst I take every care to make sure that your purchase is well packed to ensure it’s safe arrival, in the rare instance where your item is damaged in the post please inform me immediately. I am happy to replace or refund damaged items.
When processing claims for damaged goods I will require photos of both the damage to the parcel and of the item inside, so that I can begin insurance claims with Royal Mail.

Refunds

Refunds are dependent on items being returned in their original condition, so please ensure they are well packaged when sending them back.

When your refund is processed, your money will be refunded to your original method of payment, within 1 day.

Gifts

For items bought as a gift for someone else, returns can only be refunded to the gift giver who made the purchase.
